Myland Community Council
The Community Council is the local level of government and is here to represent the views of all those living and working in Myland Parish.
The Council is made up of seventeen elected members covering two Wards as follows Myland Ward (13 Councillors) and Myland East Ward (4 Councillors).
The Community Council meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm in the Methodist Church Hall, Nayland Road, CO4 5ET
The public are welcome to attend the meetings and there will always be an opportunity at each meeting for residents to raise any local matters of concern with the members.

VACANCIES FOR MYLAND COMMUNITY COUNCILLOR
There are currently two vacancies on the Council and having been through the prescribed procedure, no election has been requested.
The vacancy will therefore be filled by the co-option process at a meeting of the Community Council on Wednesday 31stJuly 2019 Interested parties should read the attached co-option policy and requirements and submit applications to the Clerk in writing no later than NOON on Friday 19th July 2019
