All members of the Myland Community Council Community Engagement Committee are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Committee which will take place online on Monday 12th April 2021 commencing at 7.30pm.

Meeting protocol
This meeting is being held under Government Regulations introduced to enable Council business to proceed under the current COVID-19 situation. The meeting will follow the protocol guidelines for on online meetings issued 27 May 2020 and revised by the Council on 27th January 2021.

Councillors wishing to speak on an agenda item should raise their hands and the Chairman will unmute them. Voting will be as normal by show of hands.

Members of the public may only speak during the ‘Have your say’ agenda item by raising their hand and, when called to speak, state their name. The same rules will apply to these online meetings as would apply at normal meetings. Due to the nature of these meetings it may be that members of the public would like to email our Clerk before the meeting with their question.

5 To receive a report from the Health and Well-Being Sub-Group

6 To discuss the Community Council’s Communications, Media and IT.

7 To consider and possibly agree to accept the quote of £160 per bin for removal of two grit bins and replacement with two new ones in Wallace Road and Groves Close

8 To discuss and possibly agree the renewal of the SurveyMonkey subscription (22 July) at a cost of £384 (paper outlining the constant use of the software attached)

9 To consider and possibly agree to cancel this year’s Myland Summer Fete
