Following a secret ballot Cllr John Sutcliffe was elected as Chairman by five votes to one

Mrs White referred to her previous comments regarding the Monitoring. She asked if any monitoring had been done on Mill Road. The Chairman explained that there had been some done in the past and once the development was completed it was signed off. He explained that the development at Severalls was ongoing and any reports would be included in the minutes.
Cllr Hewitt asked if there would be a final look at the Tubswick development and the Chairman said if the committee felt there needed to be another visit he would arrange it however the site was completed and occupied now and at the last visit he and Cllr Gray had paid to the site they had both been satisfied that everything was in order and that it was a good development.
Mrs White requested to view the monitoring reports. The Chairman explained that all monitoring reports would be included in the minutes where he or Cllr Gray had made a report to the committee. Mrs White said she felt it was a matter of importance that these reports were made available. She said she had looked at her past minutes and had not seen a report on any of the developments for some time. The Chairman said he would look into it and find the comment and reports for her.
