MCC is in support of this application however also supports the concerns raised by a neighbour of this property in regards to the side access and the potential of people using this access being able to see into their property. MCC would suggest erecting a high fence to resolve any overlooking issues and also protect against any disturbance from the noise created by the laundry room.
