Sarah Hayward said she was a Pioneer Minister and Assistant Priest at St Michaels’s Church. She said she was looking at auditing the community and would like to begin to engage. She said she was very interested in the proposed community centres and she had a view of them as meeting the needs of whole families.

55-19/20To agree to pay for delivery of the Mylander from the February issue as follows:
Guaranteed delivery by 15th of the month of publication: £100 per 1000
Delivery after 15th of the month of publication: £75 per 1000.
It was agreed that if all copies of the Mylander were delivered by the 15th of the month of publication MCC would pay the deliverer at the rate of £100 per 1000 delivered.

56-19/20 To agree to add digital copies of the Mylander to the MCC website at a cost of £180.00 plus VAT (annual hosting charge) plus £60.00 plus VAT per issue.

This item was deferred due to consideration to be given to purchasing a new noticeboard.

59-19/20 To discuss closure of Nayland Road for the Remembrance Sunday Service in 2020.

Cllr de Smith said a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order would cost in the region of £1,000.
